I also back every customer with hands-on technical guidance, helping them dial in the best product and process combination so they get consistent, professional results.

As President of Logistics, Rich oversees all aspects of product and chemical procurement, logistics, inventory management, e-commerce, and wholesale sales, both domestic and international.
