Jason Brennan

My career in the automotive and marine industries began in the late 1980s, detailing vehicles at my father’s auto body and collision repair shop. After relocating to Florida, I joined Sea Ray Boats, where I started in the lamination department, specializing in buffing and finishing yachts ranging from 50 to 68 feet.

Over the years, my career at Sea Ray evolved into the corporate division, where I held various roles spanning customer service, warranty, technical support, dealer services, and dealer training programs. These experiences provided a strong foundation in both the technical and business sides of the marine industry.

Following my time at Sea Ray, I joined Lake Country Manufacturing as a Regional Sales and Technical Manager, further expanding my expertise in surface correction, polishing systems, and technical training. My work eventually led to an opportunity with RUPES, where I continued to develop my technical knowledge, industry relationships, and training capabilities.

Through my roles with Lake Country and RUPES, I developed a strong relationship with STARKE Yacht Care. That connection ultimately led to my current position, where I have the opportunity to bring together decades of hands-on experience, technical expertise, sales, and industry knowledge to support the continued growth and success of the company.
