Rich Renner

As President of Logistics with Starke Yacht Care, Rich oversees product and chemical procurement, logistics, inventory management, e-commerce, and domestic and international wholesale operations.

Prior to entering the marine industry in 2022, Rich enjoyed a successful decade-long career in real estate throughout Southwest Florida. He brings the same customer-first philosophy and relationship-driven approach to his current role, with a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and building lasting partnerships.

Rich firmly believes that exceptional customer service is paramount to long-term success and strives to set the industry standard by consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.

A Florida native, Rich embraces the Florida lifestyle and values spending quality time with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting sports cards with his children and is an avid weightlifter, having previously competed in powerlifting competitions.
